RAVE to Rocky Mountain Family Medicine !! Specifically Dr Lawrence and his nurse! She is so sweet, goes above and beyond and is so accommodating with littles 🫶🏻 (not to mention she’s an awesome poke if you have to get blood drawn) Dr Lawrence is always so thorough and kind. Amazing team!!
I don’t believe I have ever had such a pleasant experience at a doctor’s office before. Even from the first phone call to set up an appointment, the staff was kind and friendly. I saw PA Erica Costello after having a terrible experience with a doctor elsewhere. Erica was the complete opposite of him! She listened to me and I didn’t feel like another patient on the list that needed to be checked off and hurried out of the room. She really cares about her patients! I can’t recommend this place enough.
Sonya, the front desk woman, is extremely rude! We are leaving this clinic after being there less than a year because she is so rude to us when we go in. We love Jane! She's very good at her job! Sadly, she is retiring. We love Willow! She was a great person to see when you went in! Unfortunately, she's left the clinic also. Super friendly and sweet. Don't waste your time at this clinic. I wish the staff was nicer, I've heard great things about Dr Lawrence.
