Rocky Point HVAC , the team of Marco, David, Tristan and Alex were fabulous to work with. Marco did our estimate promptly and scheduled our work in two stages as we needed the hot water portion done quickly. All work was completed within two weeks , efficiently and very cleanly. From start to finish we were impressed with the workmanship and the attitudes of the installers, pleasant, polite and respectful ( and very kind to our dog). Highly recommend these gentlemen for your HvAC and hot water on demand needs.

Rocky Point Heating installed a new air source heat pump in August 2023 and I couldn't have been happier with the service and work that was provided! Marco was great to work with and the whole team was very helpful in everything from arranging the install to assisting with and ensuring I had everything I needed for the grant process. The install went smooth and looks great, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards, which isn't always my experience with contractors. The price was also very competitive and the quote information very well presented. I would definitely recommend Rocky Point for installing a new heat pump or any other HVAC service that is needed!

Marco and his team did a tremendous job on installing mini-split heat pumps in our home. I had several companies provide me with quotes, but Marco was the only one who took the extra step and measured the space where we had thought one of the heads would go only to discover it wouldn't fit. He worked with me to plan a solution that would fit my needs and would be approved for federal and provincial rebates. Supply issues delayed installation, but Marco kept me updated and contacted me whenever any other options became available, though I never felt pressure to make a change. I ended up with a ductless 3-head system for one floor and a ducted system for another floor (to accommodate vaulted ceilings that would not allow a mini-split head). The whole team at Rocky Point went above and beyond to ensure a great installation with quality work. They use sheet metal for interior ducting and the quality of the work done by Shawn impressed my plumber. Each member of the team worked with me to make sure the installation was as I wanted or communicated options whenever necessary. Alex and Dave did an excellent job installing the outdoor condenser units and linesets, keeping me involved in all decisions and doing a great job keeping the exterior of the house looking great. They also worked with me to select the placement of the interior heads to best accommodate the layout of the house. I highly recommend Marco and his team and I am so happy we decided to go with them for our installation.
