I needed a new Dentist so I actually found Meadow Hills online and viewed the website and the site was very informative. Then I looked to see if they were preferred provider with my insurance and they were listed. Yay! I had my first visit today and this place is 5-star all the way. They have some very state of the art equipment, professional, and the Dentist is very good and detailed. GREAT PLACE!

I was recommended this practice when Dr. Braasch was still practicing for his gentle nature and good bedside manner. LOVED him. Came back about 6 months ago and had no idea he retired and there was a new dentist. Initially, I didn’t mind because I was assured the staff was the same and everything in the system was saved. This new doctor Dr. Hardenbergh just waltzed into the room with no regard to my file and immediately started saying he was going to fill a cavity without asking me for my consent. Only after I started crying did he ask me if I had any anxiety. I told him “Yes and it should be in my profile.” Never notated on my chart apparently. I left a private review of my experience to management and stated I would not be back 6 months ago yet they keep contacting me on making an appointment. I will not be back and please take this as a warning for anyone who has dentistry anxiety. This is so upsetting to me because I love the staff (minus the current dentist). Janet was always so gentle with me and very sweet and I will miss her.

I’ve had several bad dental experiences but Dr. Hardenbergh, Alondra, and all the other staff were absolutely amazing! They understood my anxiety and did everything possible to make me comfortable. Highly recommend, especially for people who have had negative experiences with dentists in the past!
