AVOID this company!!! Extremely poor service and a very unprofessional one that just don't seem to care about the goods they are delivering. Delivered to the incorrect address even when house owner told them it's not for them, they still dumped the pallet there and didn't bother to check with the dispatching company. I've received such a delivery - 4 doors down from me, on a large heavy pallet . Only 3-4 weeks earlier they botched my skylights delivery too and I received them 5 days later. It was only after numerous phone calls, the skylights manufacturer (not supplier) had to get involved to rearrange the delivery, putting my building work behind schedule. Truly frustrating and exasperating, that they seem to know/CARE very little about the things they take charge of delivering.

Great delivery service. Had a call from a lovely lady to confirm delivery and when the delivery turned up the driver was fantastic helped me in with my goods and my daughter loved seeing the lorry. Great to know there are great family run companies still out there. Thank you

I ordered a nursing chair online. The email to my wife said that the transport company do not help you once it's in the home. The Rogers van pulls up, rings the bell, by the time I've got to the front door, they've left a pallet with the chair on it, in the pouring rain, 10 feet from my front door, in the road. I asked if he could at least help me into the house with it, as my 7-months pregnant wife is pretty rubbish at carrying heavy items into the house. The delivery chap grinned at me and used the defence, "No mate, we're roadside delivery only." Oh right then - good, in that case I'll sort it out myself. Thanks very much. It's a real show of the state of things when litigation and fear of prosecution cut into the simple acts of kindness that used to count for something. Rubbish service. Spend the money training your people to lift things safely rather than cut costs and pass the legal buck to your own customers.
