I stay in Ahad Excellencia.My son bought it 4years back as the first owner of A3 204.Sanitatation is hopeless. Shit over flows in the basement most of the time. Nauseating. Smell comes inside the toilet through the ventilator just above the closet

Really worst builders and CRM I have ever seen. Delayed project by a year, but started registrations just for namesake. Project is nowhere in liveable state and treating customers like dogs. We have to go behind them 100 times for every little thing. The only thing they do on time is collecting money. Post that you are dead, no response to calls emails and even personal visits. Lost our peace these last few months going through this.

Really poor service quality construction, absolutely no customer support post sale. I have reported building cracks and leakage issues to given email contact person and to Akif (owner) aswell, followed up numerous times, dropped multiple follow up emails but absolutely no luck. No one pickup’s calls nor received any email response. RERA should take strict action against such builders.
