It was 5 degrees outside at the time. I have had to be towed before and I can always count on the drivers to arrive when they say they will be there and the office will call to keep you updated

They will quote you a price but they will charge 3-4 times more, they will exploit your situation, they will lie to charge you more money, totally illegal. On 08/06/24, I called Ron's Towing, Inc to Winch out an empty 53 ft trailer. They quoted me $594.89 and charged my credit card. After 1 hour they said the driver unable to Winch out and another Truck and driver need to be dispatch to do the work and it will cost additional $594.89. The first driver does not know anything he didn't do any job. The second driver Winch out the trailer. They charged $ 2058.89 copy of all the bills uploaded here. Do not use this company, they are dangerous, be careful.
