Mylo is a little shy and nervous puppy but with the doctor and the staff he was very friendly and affectionate. Dr. Hana is very kind, she answered all my questions and when she applied the vaccines to Mylo he didn't notice it. What I liked the most was that after the appointment they followed up to see how Mylo was doing. I definitely recommend the Roncesvalles veterinary hospital, the 10/10 treatment and the very clean clinic. Mylo is delighted to come back and eat snacks 🫣ðŸ¤ðŸ˜œ

J-P DDr. Hana is fantastic! We were here to get a second opinion for our dog’s eye. We had a 1 Hour drive to get here and hoped that it would be worth it. And it certainly was. Dr. Hana and her team at the clinic were wonderful. When she examined our dog, she was very thorough and very compassionate about investigating the problem. Not only that, but she also reached out to professional colleagues at the time to get some additional information and insight to help come to some conclusions. We ended up getting a referral to another specialist clinic, which was very helpful. There are some veterinarians who are good at what they do. And there are other veterinarians who are defined by what they do. Dr. Hana is the latter in my opinion. I feel that being a vet is not a job for her: it is simply who she is at her heart. Her follow-ups with us, and request for photos to see how our dog was doing after the visit were very reassuring. Our only regret is that we do not live closer to make this vet our home vet. 🙂 We would love to come back here again.
