I am truly very satisfied after purchasing this cahir from Ofix Furniture. The product quality is excellent, the finishing is impressive, and the service was highly professional. I received the delivery on time. In Sha Allah, I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.
Very poor quality product. I ordered their revon cable management tray and it looks nothing like the images they have on their site. The quality of the product is unbelievably poor. The metal in the picture looks polished and smooth. The actual product is bent and sharp, there is not smoothness to it at all. The clamp does not function properly, it does not tighten at all. Additionally the product was delivered as incorrectly assembled. I have attached the image, see for yourself. It was dirty, its screws were loose ...etc.
I came to know about the ofix furniture from FB. Their best part is communication and customer care . They delivered product as committed. However sometime due to absence of point of contact reaching over mobile was challenging , yet they did good , service is well appreciated. I took two product - 1 ta ke and 1 cable organizer . They personally installed those . Thanks to ofix furniture team .
