Highly recommend Roo Roofing. Their invoicing was broken up into stages, they were very clear with their quotes and offerings which were actually quite detailed compared to some others I received. Their forecasting for when they could do the work was accurate and they completed a bit quicker than their estimated time. Their quote was a lot more than competitors however it did encompass a lot more work. The rest of the quotes were looking to do a patch job for leaks as they didn't have the capacity or resources to do a full repair. I have attached some before and after photos. You can see in the before photos that I have had numerous roofers out to repair leaks in the past, they would always do a patch job and the problems would be back within months. Roo Roofing took the time to give a full quote and assessment to include re-pitching to fix all of the drainage routes as the original addition to the home wasn't installed correctly from the beginning. I paid extra for their roof coatings, which look very sturdy, time will tell with how long they hold up. It all looks uniform and neat, they clearly took their time with the prep work before applying, very happy with how the finish looks. Upcoming cyclone in the coming days will be a good test for the workmanship. Specifically thanks to Matt for taking the time to explain the quote and listening to my concerns prior to starting and to Deborah for being so timely with the admin and answering further questions I had along the way.
