The crew that showed up to provide an estimate was professional, thorough, and completed the task quickly. They took what could be a very technical explanation and explained it, and demonstrated it, in a way that made it make sense for a lay person. Jay gets the work done. He doesn’t take breaks. If I ask him questions he elaborates. He starts early and when he finishes he cleans up and makes the place look better than when he started. We appreciate the fact that he is an expert about his work. And are extremely satisfied with HIS WORK!
