Niko responded to my recommendation request right away. Before I knew it, with his drone, we were looking at the entrance a critter was making in my roof. I also knew I needed a vent replaced. Niko was able to schedule me quickly for repairs. Unfortunately, I had other issues I was not aware of. All my vents needed sealing, my gutters, soffit and fascia had a lot of damage and were falling apart. Thank goodness I went ahead with the job. They even found a section of very rotted wood which I had no idea existed. I could have had much bigger problems down the line. Niko took to the task and his crew did an excellent job and worked very hard even though we had rain and then snow. Communication was excellent and Niko kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of workmanship makes me proud. I would recommend Chicago Grace Construction for your roofing needs.
