Roof Maxx did a great job cleaning all the moss and securing all the flashing, installing new boots over the vents and painting the vents before applying the product to rejuvenate the shingles. They also cleaned up nicely before leaving. We are pleased with everyone we interacted with as they were all professional and knowledgeable. Great company.

I had our roof treated by roofmaxx in September of 2025, in December of 2025 we had a roof leak during the first rain storm since having the treatment done. I have called at least 10 times, was told I would receive a call back same day, and have never had a returned call. I have never spoken to anyone who could give me any information, nor have been offered any support. We were sold a a promise to extend the roof life with a 5 year warranty. Do not use this business. We paid 1/3 of the cost of a new roof, and it was a complete waste of money. We have had to pay almost the rest of the cost of a new roof in interior repair, and now we still need a new roof. Roofmaxx is a scam and this brand does not stand behind their work at all. Responding back to the company’s response - I still have not received a call back, even though I was told again today I would have a call back TODAY. I have been calling the office for more than a month. I indeed was sold inspection, repairs, roof tune-up, sealing of roof nails, securing of loose flashing, and told in writing that if any other repairs were needed I would be told and they would be quoted by roof maxx. I think a product that is sold with a 5 year warranty should hold up to more than one storm and 3.5 months. I have spent thousands of dollars on interior repair due to this leak.
