Roof Ready replaced a roof on a fixer upper I bought in the mountains. From the start, George and Emilee were fantastic with providing a timely, accurate quote and making sure I got just what I needed. I worked closely with Louis throughout the project and he made sure I had everything I needed, made sure the install went as planned, and fixed any issues as they came up. They had to do a change order when they pulled the roof up and found a lot of issues with the previous construction. This wasn't something they could have anticipated but were great in talking me through it and I don't fault them at all given the condition of the house. They did all of this for a great price and were always a pleasure to talk to. Overall, I highly recommend - you're not going to get better service and an overall package with anyone else.

I called Roof Ready LLC after finding some shingles in my backyard and was concerned that my roof might have wind damage. As soon as I emailed the company, they called me back right away and scheduled an appointment. Within about two hours, someone arrived to inspect the roof. Fortunately, my roof was fine — the shingles had actually blown in from a neighbor’s roof. The technician who came out was very experienced, professional, and had a great personality. He took the time to check everything carefully and explain the situation. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent customer service. They handled everyting from the insurance claim to the final inspection in timely manner after the Hail storm hit the roof really badly. They Kept me up-to date with the process and target dates.
