I was extremely happy with Bees Perfect Roofing for my roof replacement. They were true to their word and took the time to explain everything in detail. Very professional. The Salesperson (Billy) was very thorough in explaining the process, service, costs and what to expect. No surprises with Bees Perfect Roofing. The crew supervisor (Lonnie) was on site to explain the progress of the roof repair several times daily and answer any questions I had. He kept me well informed as to what was happening and what I could expect. The crew was very skilled and professional. They worked very hard and regularly cleaned up the site during the day and at the end of the day so the site looked presentable. Their work was extremely good and they looked after all the small details. Very skilled crew. The office kept in contact with me as well during the process so I was aware of the timeline, what to expect and what I needed to do. Thanks Michelle, she’s super nice. In the end the finished roof is terrific and looks beautiful. I'm sure they will say that I am confused or I have gotten something wrong and it is my fault. But here is my honest experience. I called Billy the owner to give me a quote for a roof patch as I had a leak. Billy came and pressured me into accepting the job right away. I agreed. Billy and one of his workers proceeded to do the work and made the patch. It rained the next day and the patch did not stop the leak. Billy offered me a 6-month warranty on the work so I called them. Over the following week Billy and his team said they would come on three different occasions. Each time no one showed up and no one called me to say no one was coming. After demanding this to be fixed or a refund, Billy showed up unannounced and just sprayed water on my roof saying he was looking for the leak and left. He said he would be back on Monday and his just canceled on me. If they cannot fix a leak, I don't know how anyone could trust them to complete an entire roof.
