As a previous customer I do not recommend using this company. Was always taught a man's word goes a long way. This is a company that doesn't keep their word. We were promised several repairs up front and after the project was complete. They over communicated with us until receiving the last check and now crickets. We can't get them to return phone calls or repair damages caused by their team. However, they called us pretty much daily before taking our final payment. Very disappointing to be honest after putting trust in this company. Highly doubt most of their reviews are really 5 stars.

I had severe wind and hail damage on my roof. Roofers.com was the great to work with from start to finish. They worked with my insurance company to get my claim approved. Initially my insurance company offered me a very low amount on my claim. However Roofers.com was able to get a lot more money from my insurance company by doing thorough checks of my damage and providing the necessary pics to my insurance company. Afterwards they did an amazing job on my repairs and I was able to get a brand new roof installment. I definitely would recommend Roofers.com to anyone needing roof repairs.

I was hesitant to write this review, but seeing so many 5 star reviews makes me have to jump in on this. Do not work with this company. First, their door to door salesmen came and said they would do a free inspection with their drone and then use AI to see about hail damage done. Great, AI is new and exciting and might find things as well as someone climbing up on the roof. I then had a consultation with my representative at roofer.com, who said they found over 100 places on the roof with hail damage. He had me file a claim with our insurance and said he would be out to walk the roof with the inspector to make sure they saw what they did in their office and if they denied it, they would help appeal it. I even had a date for the inspector and moved it out because he couldn’t make the date. Sure enough, insurance inspector comes out and with our representative no where to be found. He says he got a flat tire. As a result, we just have the inspector who’s just looking for hail damage. Fence had some damage so they did a partial denial. Our guy texts me he had a flat, but never even came by after getting his tire fixed. I forwarded him the email from insurance and nothing, about a week layer, I get an email from roofer.com starting “dear [client’s name]” and instructions to send them the insurance notes. That took the cake and made me lower this from 2 stars to 1 stars as I typed this review. Well I hired another roofer independent of our insurance and roofer.com to give us their opinion and they agreed with the insurance inspection that there was no hail damage. My time has been utterly wasted and I’ve filed a useless claim. EDIT: the roofer.com rep did reach out to me to apologize for dropping the ball. I stand by my review as my experience was bad, but credit where it’s due, apologizing takes a lot of guts and I hope this company does improve.
