My land lord is an old lady and didnt know better. Hired them to clean the roof. They brought a pressure washer. Which does significant damage to roofs like mine. The bid she showed me claimed low pressure. Which seeing their pressure washer and hearing how close the worker was hold it. There is no way it was low pressure. But even if it was. You NEVER pressure wash roofs with composite or tar shingles. Never hire them to clean. They will destroy your roof
