After two major leaks and insurance claims over several years, thankfully our neighbours recommended Rooftec. It has now been 2 years since Shane completed our two-storey house roof repairs, and despite the recent torrential Sydney rain, we are very relieved to find no internal leaks. When we did have a small problem after his initial repair, Shane attended promptly, during the rain, climbed around for a few hours and effected minor repairs, no charge as he guaranteed his previous work. Just wow. I recently contacted Shane to buy him the champagne we promised for no more leaks, but he said a review would be nice. This is the second time that I've used Shane and his guys, and again he was amazing. The workmanship was outstanding and Shanes attention to detail is very impressive. He was also flexible when other trades held up his ability to complete the job, and he had to come back and finish at a later stage.
