Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling LLC

I would like to share my experience with Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling LLC. I contacted them to enclose my patio and turn it into a sunroom. Quote was given and deposit paid of $6,000 on 9/9/2024. Total cost would be $21,000. I knew there would be a delay as they had to order the custom windows. I was told the delay would be 4 week. After 4 weeks I began to call Bob Schmuekle who was my sales rep/project manager. He would either not answer or send a text with an excuse. Months went by and finally after contacting corparate, I heard from Bob in December of 2024. 3 months after deposit was given. At that time he stated they would begin after the new year due to the holidays. Fast forward to March 2025. This is when they finally started the project. It was not finished until end of April. The estimate was to include tile flooring which I purchased myself. That was not installed. The roof leaked during the first rain. I reported it. It was a month before they came to look at the issue. After that problem was supposed to be fixed it leaked again during the next rain! I complained about the issue to Bob and no assistance given. I called the main office and no assistance was given. I look at the 4.9 stars for the reviews and perhaps I was just unlucky on my project but just be weary of this company. Now it's almost August. Still leaking and no response.

Bob Schmueckle did an excellent job! The representative arrived right on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the roofing and remodeling work we discussed, which made me feel confident about the process. I really appreciate the time he took to go over the details and answer all my questions. Highly recommend this company!

Bob Schmueckle was quick and friendly. Came out to my property to assess and was able to fit me into the schedule the same week. He kept communication stable with me the whole way. I was appreciative as the requested job was for my load bearing post which had rotted out and lost contact with the ground. More updates to follow.
