Been getting my hair done by Moses for about 2 years now. Best stylist I ever had all my life, no exagerration. He's gently worked my natural hair all this time, working through growing out different lengths of hair (had a side cut) and trying different things to help with my dry scalp and it's shown really good growth and good texture throughout the time he's been working it. Moses is very professional and has very reasonable prices that allow the average person to be able to get their hair done regularly. I would definitely recommend him.

Can't think of anywhere else in Toronto that would know how to treat and style my hair. I keep coming back for years now, experimenting with all ranges of services: silk press, hair treatment, color, braids, hair extension... etc and I was satisfied every time. Yes, it's my go to salon and Fadila is a gem!

Edited: Mind you I tried reaching out to the stylist before making this review and I was completely shut out and ignored hence me bringing my concerns here. Avoid any worker named MORSE/MOSES at this shop. He does not know what he’s doing and becomes very arrogant if you request your hair to be styled a certain way. I came in for a retwist, but he cut my hair without permission and did such a poor job that my locs started thinning out. When I asked for a refund, I was ignored. I do not recommend him at all. Additionally, be cautious — he has been known to behave inappropriately with underage boys.

Incredibly rude and they don't want to take customers. I called today around 11 am to check their availability to book an appointment for today in the evening for just a trim. The lady who took my call said very rudely "I don't have time". To what I asked confused, "what do you mean?". She said again "I don't have the time to take you". She didn't offer to check their availability or as to when she could take me. She just hung up. It's so confusing because they're usually pretty empty when I walk outside of their store. If you have a business and don't want to take new or any customers then don't have a business in the first place.
