Eddie with Rooterman Plumbing went above and beyond today! He came out the very same day I placed the call and provided outstanding service. Not only did he replace all of the piping under my kitchen sink, install a brand-new garbage disposal, and add a new basket strainer, but he also replaced the wall switch for the disposal that went out — at no extra charge! Eddie worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left the area clean and dry. I’m very impressed with his excellent work and Rooterman’s customer service. Everything was handled in one visit, and I now have total peace of mind knowing the job was done right. He even offered to check on any other plumbing needs while he was here, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Rooterman Plumbing!

Stellar service all around. Alan quickly diagnosed the issue and stopped a fast leak after hours. He worked closely with us to determine the best course of action, explaining everything in detail, and had our hot water heater replaced the next day. He was exceptionally thoughtful and thorough throughout the whole installation. I couldn’t be happier about the entire process and outcome!

Brett was our main point of contact—clear, honest, and responsive throughout the process. When unexpected complications came up (and there were a few), he helped us navigate them without panic or pressure. Chris did a lot, if not most, of the plumbing work and was fantastic—steady, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. His apprentice, Matthew, worked hard every day and kept a great attitude the entire time. Collen, who oversees the work, made sure everything was done to standard and showed up to check in and make sure we were taken care of. These guys really care about doing things right, and it shows.
