Catered party. Been eating Woodridge Rosatis for 50 years. Moved away but had an event locally this weekend. Absolutely glad I did this. Rosatis still the go to for pizza! And the catering of Beef/ Pasta/Chicken and Salads was perfect. Showed up on time as scheduled, delivery guy was great, and all 40 guests were happy and full. Big thanks for a great Doctoral graduation and 60th birthday party!!!

Rosati‘s is now my new favorite! Everything about the experience was excellent! In fact, I was so impressed when the pizza arrived. I really wanted to call The store back to let them know that I love the pizza.! So I’m very happy I was given a chance to express my approval and enjoyment of that pizza from Rosati‘s. The best!

This just happened about 10 minutes ago, so I hope the manager reads this and figures out who answered the phone today it’s Saturday August 23. A snippy female would not take my mom‘s coupon over the phone. The coupon says free delivery with a minimum purchase of $15. The deep dish small on their menu shows that it’s $15.99 but they kept telling us it was two dollars less than that so that we couldn’t use the coupon or that we had to order more. If that isn’t petty I don’t know what is. So guess what; any coupon you see and use they’re not going to honor it. We just hung up so the manager just lost our sale. Unreal treatment of prospective customers. We will stay loyal to PaPa’s and that what we did.

Hate to do this.. 30 minutes past the lastest part of my delivery window, get a call that my pizza is lost. Okay, things happen and they ask if I still would like it delivered. Well yeah, we are starving so great. Get put back at the end of the line, so another hour and I half. Ask for the person I'm talking to to look up my order history and how much I support them and they seem unfazed. Mistakes happen but this could have been righted differently. Lost a loyal customer tonight.
