Extremely bad service. They don't have trained and professional staff. All teenager girls who r not trained .I m feeling so bad that I would put case on them and get there saloon closed . I don't have words to say how bad there services are . Keratin treatment is extremely bad . I have done my face wax they burnt my face . Second I went for keratin treatment and hair dye streak . They don't know how to do it first they did my hair colour wrong although they fix it but very bad service. Second there keratin treatment is very hard they don't do my hair from front half hair is now keratin and half is like before . I highly don't recommend them . It is looking so bad

Ramadan Package costed 10,000 and consisted of base colour, protein treatment, glossing, highlights, blow dry. I payed 12,000 and got my streaks done and they said they did everything within 15 minutes while I just got my hairs washed. I believe she applied no protein treatment, which she said would last for 6 months, even if she applied it she didn’t let anything sit for more than 15 minutes. The base colour wasn’t even visible. I cancelled my appointment from another salon because the work on their insta page’s videos was better but in reality it wasn’t worth it at all. They fooled us in Ramadan.

I have never encountered such uneducated and unethical behavior from the woman who claims to be the owner of the salon. She has devised arbitrary rules, labeling shoulders as blades and placing the waist below the actual waist, all in an effort to extract additional money. Her behavior is completely erratic – she not only screams at customers but also prevents them from expressing themselves, just so she can unleash her own tirades.
