Eric HoppeCustomer service is awful if you have any software bugs, which there are plenty on the original version. Making changes on the fly is a brutal experience. Lot's of their integrations only work 1/2 time. I have been waiting on a bug fix for over 4 months now. They do not care about you. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Sukhdeep SinghVery poor customer service, they hardly respond to your emails. During sales process, the product seems "The Best" but actually it's not. You can generate invoices in CAD and USD but reports will in CAD only.... If you are okay to send the outstanding balance in CAD to your USD customer, please go ahead and buy this software. They don't pay any attention to customer's requirements. You have to use the software "As is" basis, no customization will be done.
