I am a client of I Catch and oversaw there work for 5 of our restaurant and bar venues. They have been so accommodating and understanding when it comes to online marketing visibility and needs of what a restaurant and bar needs to be optimized to turn views into converted guests! Prior to ICatch we used another team and we were not happy with the results with seeing ICatch knew this and investigated what great results would look like for us and then delivered!!! I will definitely be recommending Chris, Tim, and the team to all of my B2B clients but, also for future employers these guys know what they're doing!

Be very careful if you consider using this company for your marketing needs! Please do a lot of research and don’t risk yourself and your business with this type of marketing agency that will only delivers trash-quality work to your business. Their work is painfully slow and the end result is equivalent to trash. They also stole my identity without my permission, which is illegal, and even had a stranger call me to threaten me about a lawsuit. iCatch is a small company that doesn’t know how to do proper marketing to help you gain more customers. After I paid them, all they did for my business was set up a Yelp Advertising account and nothing else. I had to create all the projects myself because I waited for two weeks, and all they had done was add a few low-quality pictures and list services my business doesn’t even offer which is I had to fixed everything on my own. It looked very unprofessional, almost like a kindergarten-level project. The main reason I decided to cancel my service with them was that they were dishonest. Yelp provided my business with $300 toward advertising, but iCatch kept the money without informing me and acted like nothing happened. This company is not trustworthy, and I didn’t feel safe doing business with them. On top of that, they didn’t do any work besides signing me up for a Yelp account and producing a draft that looked like a five-year-old had worked on it. When I canceled the service, they immediately turned off my Yelp advertising, which we had agreed upon. However, they then tried to make more money by asking me to pay for another full month of Yelp advertising, even though they had already turned off the ads. My business wasn’t running any advertising on Yelp during that month because iCatch had deactivated it, yet they still demanded I pay for the full month and planned to keep the money instead of passing it to Yelp, which feels like fraud. I have proof of when my Yelp advertising started and when it stopped. I have already paid for all the days my business was advertised on Yelp, plus the setup fee and iCatch’s fees. It’s unfair that iCatch tried to make money from me by charging for an entire month when my business wasn’t being advertised. From start to finish, I gained nothing from this deceptive company but wasted money. If you need professional marketing services, go with a real company that you can trust!

Finding this company was a Godsend. I own Homestyle Hawaiian and Manuela Malasada & Coffee Co. in San Diego and ran into some major problems with our webmaster and domain provider. Problems so detrimental that my website was shut down, I was locked out, and I was losing business left and right! Being so hands off with our old website, i had NO CLUE even where to begin! My current webmaster wouldn’t help. The domain company wouldn’t help. This is where Tim and Chris came into the picture and I’m so thankful for them and their wonderful team! Tim even put up his own credit card and sat on the phone for hours to gain back domain access for me within 15 minutes of talking to him over the phone. That’s how much they care and take pride in their work. Chris was so amazing to have working on my new website! He really takes ownership and makes sure to guide me in the right direction the whole entire process was seamless and done at lightning speed. All deadlines were met and the products they delivered far exceeded all my expectations. They knew every day that passed was costing my company money. Valeriia and Caleb are such smart and talented website designers as well. I know there were so many other people involved and I’m sorry I can’t remember their names. But i honestly can’t say enough good things about this company! My partner and I absolutely love and appreciate the new websites they produced for us and has already started paying off!!!
