Great experience buying bags from Roshan. I purchased two large luggage bags. The first one had a broken leg that developed to tear the frame, and at some point became unusable. So I had to discard it. The second one after one more travel started to show the same sign (the wheel joint started to tear off the bag). I took the second bag to them and also explained my situation with first one. They worked with their distributors and got me replacement for both the bags. On top of that, they also allowed me to purchase bags from other brands (usually replacement is from the same brand) but I ended buying different bags from the same brand. This is truly the likely customer service that our country wants. Highly recommend Roshan!
