Just Dropped In to Check – Got a Rude Surprise I stopped by this shop to check prices on an American Tourister bag. The shopkeeper said their price was better than online, but the discount was only 25%, while I’d seen 50% off at Phoenix Mall. I told him I’d come back after checking with my wife, and his attitude changed instantly. He said, “First bill, then come later to check,” which didn’t make any sense. When I said no, he pulled the bag back and gave a rude look. As a customer, I should be free to decide without pressure. If they only want people who are definitely buying, they should put up a board saying so. Not a great experience at all.

Roshan bag mall has a great legacy I have purchased bags from here during my school and college days. Recently I have visited the shop, collection is huge as usual. But discount and offers are less with respect to the MRP. Comparing to online price, Roshan has high rate.

Been a customer for several years now, but yesterday's experience was very poor. We had gone to get our kid a school bag. As always we could see a lot of good collections in the shop, but customer service and salespeople attitude were subpar. They don't care to show and sell their best. No one seems to be interested in showing varieties nor interested in understanding customers'ask. Very disappointed. Never used to be like this before. Will rethink before opting to buy anything here again.
