This shop got recommended to me and now I got a new shop to go to. These guys were quick and accommodating! Book for new tire change for Sunday, asked if I could get it moved to Saturday and it was no problem. They even got my tires ordered and ready. Only took 30 minutes to change all 4! MS Tires saved the day for me! I highly recommend their professionalism and speed. I discovered my front tire was completely flat on a public holiday around noon. I assumed I was out of luck, as most shops would be closed, and I was worried about my plans for the afternoon. Luckily, a quick check on Google Maps showed that MS Tires was open. When my wife called, the person who answered confirmed that they could handle my tire repair. After putting on my spare tire, I drove to the shop. I asked them to repair the damaged tire, but after a careful, professional inspection, the staff pointed out that the tire was actually past its recommended usage period and would be unsafe, even after a patch. They advised me to buy a pre-owned tire in excellent condition instead of just repairing the old one. This focus on my safety over a simple quick fix was incredibly trustworthy. The explanation was clear and completely reasonable, so I agreed to the replacement. The replacement was completed in an impressive 20 minutes. I truly appreciated their efficient and professional service. If I ever have tire trouble again, I will definitely return to MS Tires. This is the kind of expert service and honest advice every car owner needs!
