I recently rented a furnished apartment at Ross Estates. The office staff was very good at answering phone calls and questions quickly, returned calls quickly if the line was busy, and being there to pick up packages and things. I needed an apartment under very short notice; Aaron and Danielle were both very friendly and accommodating to get me into a unit that was clean and comfortable under short notice. Maintenance requests were completed in the same day or next day of notice. Upon move out, I received the return of my deposit within 20 days. I enjoyed my stay at Ross Estates in Lawton, OK and would recommend to others in the future.

My first maintenance request to have graphite put in the postal lock, and to have the toilet seat and flush handle adjusted was done immediately.by Matt & Jake. My 2nd was to have graphite put in my apartment lock. It too, was done very quickly. I am very pleased by my decision to move here.

I been leasing sense 2023 and here lately, I've been receiving notices of rent due. It's very confusing because I pay my rent on time. Also, added charges makes me feel uncomfortable in trusting the management.
