I had such an amazing experience with this company and with my plumber Cole in particular. I was so scared when I realized I had a big leak in a home I had just moved into, but they sent out Cole quickly and he was so helpful to me! Cole was so thorough, persistent through any of the tricky parts, and went above and beyond maneuvering around tight spaces to make sure we wouldn't have to cut into any tiles or cause me additional repairs. Cole was very patient with me and explained everything along the way and answered all of my questions! His expertise was clear and I feel thankful I was paired up with someone as kind and knowledgeable to help me through such a stressful situation. I would definitely work with Cole and this company again! Thank you!

DO NOT USE ROTO-ROOTER. Used them a 2nd time and this experience was horrible. Took 3 techs from your company to come out and repeatedly tell me nothing was wrong when a different plumber had diagnosed a very clear leak. Final tech ended up charging me over $700 dollars to bust through my tile and sloppily fix the leak. Didn't even have any materials to cover the big hole he left in my shower wall so I had to go to home depot myself and buy film to cover it. I've contacted them MULTIPLE times to pay as they want me to send my credit card details over email which I will not do. It's 2024, you need to have a secure payment site or a way for customers to pay their bills. I've left so many voicemails and sent multiple emails to pay and keep getting notices. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. Found Dirt Dog Plumbing who does actual quality work for less than half the price.

The second time in 3 weeks, I've had issues with Roto-Rooter. Not necessarily this location but company in general. The company I work for maintains almost 2 million square feet of building and we called Roto-Rooter for a leak repair, the guy shows up and was friendly, we escort him to where the leak is from security and he doesn't have a ladder or flashlight because "the company didn't provide me with one" then we ask if he would be able to get the supplies to do the job and got back "probably tomorrow but we will have to see". We thanked him for his time and escorted him off the property and asked another company that was doing another repair for us if they could fix the leak, they got 2 more vans to us and got it fixed same night, on a holiday. Today, we called Roto-Rooter for a plugged main drain, the guy who came almost immediately started giving a security guard attitude when told the rules and expectations of the property after going through the gate. It got worse from there until he shouted at the guard and I sent him away, we then got a call from his dispatch to reschedule since he couldn't get on property due to registration. Well, we won't be using them again and I won't use them for my personal repairs either.
