Both Brian and Manager Richard were extremely helpful in arranging my service appointment. Even though I had to change my appointment date several times, they were always patient and accommodating. They also arranged a courtesy vehicle for my transportation, which made the whole process very convenient. In addition, they clearly explained the recall related to the Acura brakes, ensuring I fully understood the situation and the work that needed to be done.
