I rarely leave reviews, but this one is strikingly the WORST plumbing business I have ever dealt with, so I felt morally obligated to write a review. I wish I saw the other negative reviews before dealing with D&S plumbing. I had a bad experience. They are not professional. Receptionist is RUDE. Dennis made all the promises that the material were free of charge under warranty, and made it clear they will bill me the labour only, so I agreed to the service based on that. Then they billed me the whole amount of material + labour time was double the actual time. I totally regret bringing them to my property, although the technician seemed good guy. I tried two other plumbing companies in London, which were a lot more professional, honest, did the job well, and cheaper! I will never use D&S plumbing again, and will never recommend it to anyone.

After having new flooring installed, I hired D&S Plumbing in June, 2020 to install a toilet and dishwasher. I didn’t notice until after the men left that the dishwasher was installed very crooked to the counter top. Before they left, I asked them about putting the water line on the back of the fridge. It had been installed 2 years ago. They did not pull the fridge out to get in behind it and seemed to have a problem from the get go. I told them to STOP twice as I said my friend who unhooked it will be able to do it. They refused to listen to me and I ended up being charged for this. Then, as they said they were done and were leaving, I noticed the silver plate that sits at the floor beside the toilet was upside down, rusty, jagged and extremely sharp. I pointed this out to one of them and said that is a safety hazard and he agreed. Took all of 5 minutes to replace. Very unprofessional and D&S Plumbing would not consider reducing my bill. I will never use nor recommend them. Try Hyde Park Plumbing!

I have no opinion on this company's work, but who ever drives their black pickup truck needs to slow the eff down, driving 30 to 40 over the speed limit, running red lights on Hyde Park, tailgating, waving in and out of traffic all with the company logo and information on the truck. Not smart. To who ever was driving, smarten up before you kill someone!
