I've been a patient of Dr. Kwok at Markham Dental Smiles for over four years, and despite the fact that dental visits aren’t usually something people look forward to, this team has changed that for me. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm, friendly, and highly professional staff (and the office puppy) who truly prioritize patient comfort and care. I have sensitive teeth and gums, and in the past, cleanings at other offices would leave me with swollen gums. That has never been an issue here. They have a gentle approach and attention to detail, which makes all the difference. They stay up to date with the latest equipment, so I always feel like I'm receiving top-tier care. Even after moving to downtown Toronto, I refuse to switch dentists because the quality of care here is simply unmatched. Markham Dental Smiles is worth the drive, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional dental experience!

My family and I have been with Dr C & staff since 2001 and have had nothing but positive experiences. Lari is sweet & terrific with the front of the house operations. She takes care of submitting our insurance forms, a service few offices provide. Jessica is an amazing hygienist and so very kind. Dr C has always given us the best gentle care one could ever expect. Highly recommend this office!

I visited this dental office today and it was great! The front desk staff was super friendly, and the dentist was really knowledgeable. The office itself is clean and calming which made the whole experience way more relaxed than I expected. Everyone was super helpful, and I left feeling great. Highly recommend this office!
