Santhosh KOne of the very very worst freight services ever. I have never seen such service. I tried for the first time but I was very disappointed & frustrated in following the tracking process and the concerned people were also not responding properly. I sent Parcel from UAE to INDIA (Tamil Nādu) they informed will reach within 30 to 40 Days. But its going beyond 60 days. I don't know when i will get my parcel still for me question mark me. Finally i got the contact number and people say you will receive every Monday by this week. But just like that 4 Mondays are gone. A week later I sent another parcel in other cargo services. I got the parcel after 30 days but still I am tracking this royal cargo parcel but nothing happened. Note: They collect and store the parcel and send it once the container is filled and then they start the shipping process.

The gay came name call Vihanga was a very kind man who is aware of the customer satisfaction and customer handling very well..... I make this as an opportunity to pay my heartiest gratitude to him and the driver for the support they have given me in packing and the further instructions regarding the the process of the delivery......... Ok I will definitely put a comment and a review rating once my package deliver to my home....... They informed me that it will be delivered approximately with in 25days........
