Royal City Centre

This is probably the biggest shopping center in New Westminster, located right in the heart of downtown. It’s not as busy or lively as I expected, and you won’t find many big fashion brands—most shops are local. There’s a Walmart for convenience, and the food court is quite small. On the plus side, the washrooms are very clean. Parking is available underground, but you’ll need to pay for it.

A charming little mall with great potential, but it could benefit from fresh marketing. Its central location and steady traffic are definite strengths, as are the many medical facilities inside the mall. However, the retail mix feels limited—beyond Walmart, Winners, and Dollarama, the mall would really shine with more boutique and trend-focused stores. Shops like Pop Mart, Miniso, or Makers would attract younger crowds, and adding something like a ramen restaurant could make it an even more popular destination.

A little Gem ! The perfect little mall for a rainy day. It’s an awesome stress free place to get all ur small errands done. I take my toddler for an easy little stroll & we absolutely Love the everyday Item Japan!
