I’d like to express my sincere thanks to Nurse Reeja for her exceptional service during my session today. She was extremely professional, attentive to any discomfort I experienced, and very caring and delicate throughout the process. When I began to feel some pain, she massaged my arm until I felt better. Even with small details, such as wiping the area with a sanitized wipe before removing the sticker after the needle was removed, she made sure I was completely comfortable. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and the high standard of care she provided.

After enquiring with Royal Health Group, we managed to make a same day appointment. The nurse was punctual, hygienic, and gentle. The customer service agents stayed true to their word and delivered my results sooner than the estimated timeframe and in a detailed yet easy to access format. I opted for the extended NIPT test because of their local based lab, meaning quick turnaround time, but also the price was better than other clinics in the GCC! I am very grateful for your services and highly recommend to others.

I had an amazing experience with Royal Health Group. I had an NIPT test booked with them and they came home, did the test, and shared the report within 6 to 8 working days. I am pleased with their services. The prices of the test was also decent compared to other hospitals/clinic.

Do not recommend. Horrible experience. I booked in for an NIPT test and the booking process was very simple and easy but I’m afraid the positives end there. On the day of my blood test, the nurse came and took my blood. Two hours later I receive a message that the lab informed them the blood sample isn’t enough, so they came back again on the same day to re-take my blood. I don’t understand why the nurse didn’t know how much to take in the first place. They said 8-10 days for my results, it is now the 10th day and I have received nothing. I have to constantly try and ring and follow up and I get no response it’s a miracle if they even answer my call. Every time I follow up they say we are checking with the lab and then I don’t hear back. Please avoid!
