I stayed for the weekend and it was cool. The front desk was always accommodating and the housing keeping was always ready for what I need. For the size and the location the service is great. My dog was cool be there with other animals. The normal residents where very welcoming and the locations is perfect for a casino cool down and perfect for staying off the express way to down town Chicago at reasonable price. Thanks for the comfy stay for me and my family.

I needed a place to crash for a couple weeks and I must say...a decent spot for a night or several. The rooms are clean and property is maintained. Sandy and few staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy was swift to replace my mini frig, so that was clutch! My pets we welcomed with no issue or drama! Update: housekeeping refuses me towel service, consistently. Hotel policies aren't disclosed until you need service, help, or you already violated it. Security makes good attempts to patrol property. Yet it didn't stop a man from opening my "locked window" from behind the bldg and breaking into my room claiming he thought it was his wife's room. Ofcr Mack made sure my window could not be opened and followed up after incident. Basically...stay here at your own risk. The guests are a wide range of personalities. The staff, well, it depends on the day, their attitude and your attitude. Good luck with your stay

Stayed at this motel for a while, nice motel but it's run by some horrible people. The housekeeping is not pleasant when you ask for towels & tissue paper. The lady at the front desk is so rude, she accused my family of leaving the room a mess & we make sure we clean up when we checkout. That led us to not be welcomed back again. I would not recommend this motel to anyone, the customer service is horrible coming from this lady at the front check-in. When you got an issue, they blow it off & look at you like you're crazy. The television doesn't get all the channels, the bathroom door was jammed & they didn't send anyone to fix it. Just a terrible experience, not coming back to this motel anymore. Just find a better hotel people because this is not one of them

My say wasn't bad at all. I told my friends and family I was staying here they all went crazy on me call me cheap and everything, bt all in all I had a great stay I can't say nothing bad about my stay other then the door kept rejecting my door card. Other then that great share.
