19 februari 2025.. still THEFT ALERT!! Worst of the worse! Can't even tell if they are a real company or just a spam! Bought an item and was supposed to be delivered in a week time.. 2 months later still nothing delivered!! And the so called waleed doesn't answer the msgs anymore, well he stopped answering almost right after the payment was done. Asked for my money back, still no answer. After almost 3 months he replied with that I have to pay more for the delivery and no refund! Shame on this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! ESPECIALLY ONLINE!

I bought simonelli double pump coffee machine one year ago, I asked them specifically if parts malfunction, will I get the parts and they said yes, all the parts any time you want 100%. After a year, two parts (the pump and control box) malfunctioned and i have been talking to them for the past 3 days and begging them to order it for me. they are asking brand number, the machine has been working for about a year the label paper may have dissolved. I sent them the pictures of the machine form every side and pictures of all numbers and letters written outside and inside the machine and on the parts that I want........and you know their answer after 3 days of begging I will copy paste it without additional word ( answer: This part we have already, You can come and collect, The other one is not available and we can't order.). 1. With out brand number, how do you get this one part?. 2. Why can't you order the parts for the machines that you sell to people?. 3. why do you lie to people when you are selling them the machine, if you can't get them the parts if they malfunction. after complaining to the manager of the company, he said Italy 🇮🇹 is on summer break so we can't order now only after months ( I have never seen such joke and insult to my intellect) (My review for albayan kitchen equipment distributer Royal kitchen equipment is same for the mother company albayan because they are the ones that lied to me when they were selling the machine to me in the first place) so nuova simonelli company please re evaluate your relation with albayan kitchen equipment in UAE and I would appreciate if I get instructions on getting the above mentioned parts for my simonelli coffee machine. I am really disappointed 😞

Very poor post sale service and experience. I have purchased a stove with oven. From day one the oven didn’t work. Despite contacting the company manager Mr. Ilyas and Mr. Abduljaleel, my concerns never addressed and totally ignoring my calls. They even requested 300 fees for the visit or I have to bring it to their shop. I strongly advise not to deal with them.
