Do yourself a favour and run away from this building as fast as you can. Since living in a building purchased by Homestead in the spring of 2018, it’s been one problem after another. Former tenants are treated like second class citizens. Complaints are completely dismissed, unit repairs are non existent, building services such as elevators, water and laundry are CONSTANTLY disrupted, the list never ends! Add to the list that they are making every attempt to bring the below market rents up as quickly as possible through above guideline increases, and you have a combination for disaster. When I approached them today about compensating or incentive to move, I was basically told that previous incentives aren’t available, and should I choose to move to another Homestead property, I could be credited $500... like that makes up for anything at this point! Terrible company to rent from!

The worst building, with terrible staff. The building is riddled with roaches, bed bugs and ants. Do not be fooled by modern updates, pest control has to come every Monday because of the on going pest issues throughout the building. Renter beware! Please be careful before you waste thousands moving in. To end up throwing away all your furniture, to then move out because the problem is so bad. Also be advised that management does not care and treats the tenants like garbage.

One of the worst buildings I've ever seen. Specifically asked if they had a bug problem before moving in as I had a baby & small child. Got told no of course no bugs, very clean. Literally the day we moved in we found roaches in our kitchen. And it only got worse from there. Brought it to their attention & they pretended they had no idea, which we knew was a lie as we saw them in the halls, the elevator & even the front lobby. Needless to say we broke our lease and got the hell out of there. Save yourself the headache. Not to mention the rent (we paid 2100$) is NOT worth the conditions they expect you to live in.
