I have been dealing with the Rental side of Royal Lepage for 5+ years and let me tell you. They are unprofessional. Especially Kevin. I’ve asked numerous time for repairs to be done in the place I’m at now and I keep getting pushed aside. I needed my furnace to be replaced and it took them 3 years to replace it, but when the new neighbours moved in. They had theirs replaced within the first couple months. I had to make my own gate and asked if they could repair the fence as the trucks in the back, back in to them and when the pull forwards it pulls them as well. I was told by Kevin Dunn that the owners aren’t responsibly for fixing the fence or the gate and the rules have changed. Not only that but he let my family live in black mold and probably still am, as they kept trying to hire new people to say otherwise. One being a cleaning company that wasn’t even equipped to deal with the black mold. Not impressed at all with the Rental side! 0/10 for me.

My brother passed away in Clearwater BC and I needed an agent to sell his house. Living in Ontario I had to have someone who I could trust. I found an agent Tony Luck from Royal Lepage in Merritt BC. Tony was amazing he took care of everything went above and beyond to sell my brothers house. If you need a Real Estate agent Tony is the one I would hire. Thanks again Tony.
