I had a very disappointing experience with [Kelly-Brazell], who works as a realtor. I sold a car to her son, who was my co-worker at the time. He still owed me a remaining balance and brought his mother Kelly into the situation to gain my trust and assure me that the payment would be completed. Unfortunately, both of them failed to keep their word. After repeated follow-ups, they stopped responding altogether. It’s extremely frustrating to be treated this way, especially after trusting them to act in good faith. If this is how she handles personal commitments, I would be very cautious about trusting her with professional or financial matters. As a realtor , trust and integrity are supposed to be the foundation of your business . yet this experience has shown me otherwise. I would not recommend doing any kind of business with someone who doesn’t stand by their word or handle their responsibilities professionally. Very disappointing.
