We booked Luxury Transport via Fairmont Chateau Whistler concierge. Our driver Hasgo took us from our Vancouver hotel to Whistler. The drive was scenic and the conversations were thought-provoking and insightful. He was so friendly and professional. Andrew took us from Whistler to YVR Harbour Seaplanes. We have never had such amazing service. He was entertaining and we had such great banter. He went above and beyond and stayed with us when there was a dense fog in Vancouver Monday morning, preventing us from travelling to Victoria Harbour by seaplane. We asked him to join us for breakfast at the adjacent restaurant and it was like dining with a friend. We decided to stay at Vancouver airport instead when our flight was delayed. Andrew took us to YVR airport and liased with the hotel staff to ensure they understood our situation. Luckily, we didn't go to Victoria as we woke up Tuesday morning to another dense fog. We wouldn't have been able to fly back by seaplane. We would have then missed our flight to our next destination. We are so thankful to Andrew for not abandoning us! We booked a private transfer from Downtown Vancouver to Whistler for 6 people at the end of July. The sprinter van provided was spacious and clean, and our driver, Rob, was AMAZING! He was attentive to the road, and he gave us so many tips on things to do and places to eat in Whistler. If we ever need transportation again in Whistler/Vancouver, I would absolutely use Luxury Transport, and I will recommend them to others!
