Our overall experience buying our Subaru was very easy! Tanner was very patient and communicative from the beginning (even through text). We had to bring our toddler in with us and they were all so welcoming and understanding when we had to work around nap and bed times. We’re so grateful for the rest of the team members like Gabriel and Javier and everyone else who also helped us. They all clearly work as a team and just want to make sure customers are happy and confident about such big purchases. We’re so happy we chose Royal Moore!

Positives: I liked my sales person, Anthony. New the car well and did a quality presentation. Likewise, the finance guy, Tyler, was kind too. Negatives: The management still has all sorts of typical car dealership BS built-in. Notably, about $900 of aftermarket bloat add ons that they say are non-negotiable (they are negotiable). They're also a liner/closer store. You get a high energy guy that comes in to try to close you on overpriced warranties (those are negotiable too). They also really push for 5 star reviews. I bought a 2024 Solterra and love it. But I didn't appreciate having to fight the add-ons and warranty. I can't earnestly give 5 stars. Not bad, not "wow" either.
