Supposed to pick up a load at 3 PM. Arrived at shipper and found load was cancelled. Dispatch called Royal, who stated they would contact us with another load number. No one ever called us back. Dispatch sent me empty to another shipper 300 miles away. At 9:40 PM Royal calls and asks if I'm loaded. No.
