Jen is absolutely lovely, in addition to being a great realtor. She is knowledgeable and uses her expertise to her clients' advantage. We bought an investment property from Jen that turned out to be quite lucrative (cash positive and with a good cap rate). Jen doesn't continues to provide invaluable assistance even after the deals are done. We love her so much that we use her for other real estate related jobs, including renting out our properties. For 2 properties Jennifer SOLD for us and one she bought for us, she always put our needs first. We always found her honest, passionate and well researched. She had all real eatate answers at her fingertips. I would say her strengths are negotiating and drafting sale agreements and detailed accurate clauses in agreements that cannot be challenged.
