Avoid like the plague , cuts corners, blatently ignore you over work supposedly carried out , Tell them issues with car but it falls on deaf ears to be honest. took them nearly 4 month to collect my car earlier this year, Accdent was in november - collected March unacceptable , Release car with damaged and missing parts on headlights letting water in , cracked wheel. no correct radar calibration on the active cruise control. which also means alignment would have been carried out to correct my car wanting to slam on due to radar being all over the shot. I am over £2000 out of pocket and seeking legal proceedings vs my insurance and fixauto Sincerely a very annoyed "customer" WR14GCK for your reference :)

first of all would like to say how friendly the staff are! mel on the desk was very helpful during the period they had my car and the lads in the garage were pleasant and polite to deal with. after reading reviews i was sceptical of leaving my car with them that my insurers had recommended but, im glad i did because my car looks brand new after the crash i had, they have done a fantastic job. the whole process has been completely smooth, it was quick and efficient although it took 2 weeks i understood this as there is lots of communication thats happens with insurance companies which it takes that little bit longer. i feel sorry for the staff with the negative reviews as they carry out such a good service at the garage they even valeted my car and gave me a guarantee on work carried out while ever i own the car. A big thankyou from nathan with the blue kuga (BG69 YMK) ill look forward to hearing from you with a quote for my damaged wing mirror!
