This Dussehra really felt special for everyone at Reliaable Lifestyle. We finally got our clubhouse back after all these years—it’s seen a lot, from sunny days to tough times. Honestly, it wouldn’t have been possible without the energy of our RWA and that solid support from Arun G and his whole crew, especially Kiran from Reliaable. It’s such a great feeling seeing residents and the developer working together for something that benefits everyone. Feels good to be part of this community!

Reliable star city, this property is illegal. They have multiple issues in this property. A big no to this project. The road and the plots falls under buffer zone. Documents not clear at all. The staffs are very much unprofessional. They don't have common sense and they don't know how to behave with a lady. Mr.Chandru who is from customer service side behave very badly with me. Mr.Kiran is a big headache. Both of them will never receive your call. Think 100 times before paying your hard earn money.

Worst developers in Bengaluru. Do not fall for their trap. We paid booking amount around 1 lakh in one of their projects-Residenza and later we decided to cancel the booking. Initially they said will refund 90% amount after deducting some expenses and we agreed and waited for a year. But they never refunded anything. RERA case also filed. They are cunning enough and won’t attend any hearings and finally the case gets dismissed (maybe they have some “understanding” with rera backend ppl). Think 1000 times before buying a plot in their so called “layouts”. Even ppl who already bought is fighting tooth and nail to get their amenities developed. Some are successful after many years fighting and follow-ups, but for a working person will definitely don’t have that much time/energy to get basic amenities delivered.
