My accident was work related. After months of physical therapy I contacted RSH legal from a referral a friend had given me. I discussed my accident with Ashley/Dillon and they decided to take my case. They advised me to contact them if anything changes as things were going well at the time. When my PT decided I was at my MMI the insurer stopped my weekly benefits. I contacted Ashley/Dillon and in two days my weekly benefits were back on. They took control of my case from there and did a flawless job getting me through the process. They moved the case forward to a deposition and that went real good. The insurer decided they would go to mediation. Dillon and the mediator were in lock step and arrived at a settlement beyond what I expected in just a couple hours. I don’t know what part of me thought I could handle a personal injury claim through the other driver’s insurance while recovering from a shoulder and spinal injury, but that part of past-me was an idiot. Between record-keeping, juggling bills, and drowning in a storm of emails and phone calls, it quickly became a full-time job—one that was just dumped on me. Eventually, the stress started to impact my recovery, so I decided it was time to find some help. Now, for context in this story, I am an engineer and we normally hiss at lawyers when they get too close. Their profession is a mystery to me, and that’s fine. We can keep it that way. I am pleased to report that following the conclusion of my case, the only thing I was forced to learn about the legal process was what the term “arbitration” means. This did, however, make it challenging to find the right lawyer...or type of lawyer. RSH Legal was not my first call. It was not my second call… or even my third. Sorry, guys... I actually came across their name because several other firms recommended them to me. Once I started working with Josh and Kerry, things got much easier. Yes, the process was still stressful; it was a lawsuit, but they made it manageable. Communication was excellent, everything was well-organized, and all my questions were answered. Every decision I needed to make was thoroughly explained and I always felt like I had a clear path to follow. Plus, both Kerry and Josh were personable, funny, and compassionate which actually made quite a difference when I was struggling in my recovery. Navigating a personal injury case is a long and brutal process, and I wouldn’t wish my situation on anyone, but if you find yourself in need of help with a personal injury claim, RSH Legal is probably worth a call.
