Hunter LatshawFor inability to do a job on time. Team showed up whenever they felt like trash all over my yard and roofing material for weeks after completion. The team also took two-hour lunches, which I normally do not care about, but it took them 3 days to finish something guaranteed for a single day. Management called great people; I am sure others have great experiences just not myself.
