After empty promises and eye watering estimates, Gavin and his team came to the rescue. I cannot fault a single thing about Gav and the lads. They were hard working, courteous, tidy and prompt. Nothing was too much trouble. It was huge task and they completed it in only 5 days, (one company said it would take 3 weeks!). Gav puts the client first. Thank you Gav, all the best 👍.

Having experienced numerous delays via our property management agents, it was a relief to find Gavin and Garden World Construction Ltd to complete improvements to the outside shared space at our London property. Gavin responded quickly, recommended pavers and was a perfectionist when it came to replacing the 30-40 year old communal patio. It required underpinning and he also completed other outstanding tasks which have transformed this area, including making new doors for the rubbish sheds and painting exterior woodwork. He kept us informed at every stage. All the residents love the end result and would recommend him highly.
