The sales point is very satisfying. The person who attended to my needs was efficient and cooperative. It was pleasant experience. However, the courier service in my opinion is awful, inefficient and incompetent. Delivery system needs to be improved.

This place is awesome and has all the laptop parts you need all the way from a keyboard to a charging dc port. I live in Chennai and needed some parts for my laptop and found everything I needed from this place for a reasonable price. The delivery is very good, takes upto a week to be delivered due to Covid. I am sure they are way faster. Overall an amazing experience. It is now my go to place for all laptop parts. Edit:- I have ordered so many more products from their site, they are of very good quality and the fitment is on point. The thing I like very much about their website, is their customer service, they are very polite and helpful. Before buying a part I ask the Nehruplace people through their Whatsapp contact (given in the website), and let me tell you, they will advice you on the exact part needed and also help with the link of the product on their website. If anybody is hesitating to buy from their website, please don't, believe me you will not regret it. Very unethical & fraudulent practices are followed by this shop. Most of the times they would send you old, defective, damaged products or some incompatible product & then if you ask for a refund, they will put entire blame on you that you bought wrong item. They will ask you to send it back at your cost & deduct 25% money from the amount you had paid. Even getting that 75% money back from Nehruplace Shop, (for the wrong defective product sent by their team), would be a nightmare. Better, buy from Amazon, Flipkart but never from this place.
